OUitC is always seeking to offer opportunities for members of the Oxfordshire Community to enter the world of football coaching.
Amateur community football is absolutely reliant on the availability of qualified coaches and referees. A coaching qualification can offer a career option for a post-16 education leaver, or a great way for enthusiasts of all ages to participate in community sport and offer a role model to inspire participation and fitness.
In women’s football in particular, a lack of diversity within the coaching workforce is impacting on the participation of women and girls in sport.
OUitC will be announcing soon how it is planning to support amateur coaches in Oxfordshire. In the meantime, if you would like to discuss coaching opportunities contact Chris Lowes, Head of Football Programmes
